Front panel USB ports

I assume that without internal USB3.0 headers on my motherboard, Im never gonna get 3.0 speeds from this front drive bay panel, correct? Guess I'm out of luck then?

But you know what, I took your second bit of advice and realised that my PCI eSATA and USB3.0 card has two USB3.0 internal headers on it.
