Front Panel Header- Individual 3” Patch Cables

I will install a new motherboard in an old case with a good quality power supply and an incompatible front panel header. I want the power button and the hard disk light to work in the old case. I have wiring diagrams. Who sells, say four 3” male to female patch cables, that I may use to connect the old front panel header to the new motherboard?
