Front panel audio & USB on Asus A8V Deluxe

OK I have given up with asus support after numerous email with no answer.

My tower unit has a built in front panel with mic, headphone jack and 2 USB ports and the cable from them does not have straight forward connectors on them.

I need to know how to connect them to the Asus mobo.

USB cable:-
GROUND
+VCC
-D
+D

Audio cable:-
MIC BIAS
MIC IN
RETURN L
RETURN R
SPKOUT L
SPKOUT R
GROUND

PLEASE HELP
