Front panel audio to Santa Cruz

I have a Santa Cruz at home and I'm wondering if I can hook up any case that supports front panel audio to it? I have a Dell with an OEM Santa Cruz at work and I notice that they have the front panel audio plugged into a particular plug on the card. This plug doesn't look like a normal front panel audio header, but I may be wrong.

Has anyone done this with their setup? I can't try it myself since I don't have a case here with front panel audio connectors.
