Front Page 2003 or NetObject's Fusion 8?

I was all set to start a web hosting account with 1and1.com - in a magazine advertisement, if you signed up, they gave you Frontpage 2003. Well, the magazine has been out for a while, and 1and1.com has changed their offer, prices and features a little. Now they offer Fusion 8. Is it any good? It sell for more than Frontpage 2003 - but Netobjects.com has a poor website - microsoft even has some flash demos of Frontpage 2003 in motion (which has really impressed me over previous versions). Are there any opinions?
