Front Audio Ports

I am going to be building my first home-built computer soon, and I have a question:

Will the font audio ports on the iStarUSA S-9B-ROHS connect to the integrated audio on the ABIT AN52?

If you're lucky, both the case and motherboard will have headers that follow this specification:

I suggest going to Abit's website and iStarUSA's site and downloading their manuals. They usually specify the specific pinout for their headers.
