Front audio ports question

I am trying to connect the front audio ports on my case to a Creative SBLive soundcard. It seems that this cannot be done using any of the pins on the card but it's apparently possible to connect cables to the external analog ports on the soundcard and route them back into the case. What are such cables are called and where can I get them? The cable would need to have a 3.5mm male plug split into two pin headers on the other side.

yeah, as I said my case has the pins though. so is there some kind of cable to convert these pins to a normal audio jack?

You can get adapter cables or a complete front ports solution from http://www.frontx.com . I think the front ports panel from Silverstone also plugs into the external jacks - about $12. from SVC.com - just stealing the audio cables from the silverstone to replace yours would cost less than buying the cables separately from front-x if you don't have a free 3" bay.
