Front audio ports and an add-on sound board

I make frequent use of the front mic/line-out ports on all of my cases. I currently have a new system on order with a P180 and audigy 2 zs on the way. I'll be hooking this up to a mid-range stero setup (Denon receiver, JBL towers/sub) and decided to see what the difference between the zs and onboard sound would be.

On the audigy, it has a bunch of pins for connecting creatives front drive bay (which is useless to me except for the mic/line-out) and I'm wondering if the pinout on the zs is documented anywhere and if it's possible to wire up the front panel connectors (antec usually uses the intel standard 10 pin block iirc but I have no problem splitting that up if I have to).

Anyone done this?

I should be getting my stuff this week on tues/weds, if the zs manual doesn't have this info (and why would it, creative wants to sell their audio drive-bay thingy) I'll just break out the voltmeter and find out which pins are which 🙂.

Thx for the link navid, that pinout on the connector is all I needed.

It looks like they have a front panel output on the card its just a non standard connector. That's easy enough to remedy with a soldering iron 🙂.
