Front Audio/Mic Input Connections

I am trying to wire the front audio and microphone connectors from my Coolermaster Praetorian case to my Asus A8N-SLI motherboard. The Praetorian's front audio/mic pins are labeled:
mic in
mic-power
GROUND
(these three are grouped together)
L-out
R-out
L-ret
r-ret
GROUND

My Asus motherboard connectors are labeled:
BLINE_OUT_L
Line out_L
BLINE_OUT_R
Line out_R
+5VA
MICPWR
AGND
MIC2

Could you please tell me which pins from the case go into which connectors on the motherboard.

The problem I am running into is the case has two GROUND wires and no +5VA wire.

Thank you very much for any help,

Jeff

audio -- I know this works.

L-out -- Line out_L
L-ret -- BLINE_OUT_L
R-out -- Line out_R
r-ret -- BLINE_OUT_R
GROUND -- NC

mic -- Try this. I was never able to get my mic to work and decided to get a sound card, however I emailed Coolermaster and this was how they told me to do it.

mic in -- MIC2
mic-power -- MICPWR
GROUND -- AGND

Cow Fly,

Thank you so much! That's great that you have the same motherboard and case; I couldn't ask for a better reply! I'll try this tonight.
