Front 3.5" USB/Firewire ports

I have an Adaptec duo-connect card that has firewire and usb on the back of the PCI card. It also has some internal ports. I have no devices (have never even seen any) that fit in a bay and use an internal port, so I'm assuming these are supposed to be connected to a bay. Problem is the Adaptec didn't come with one. So does anybody have a recommendation (either 3.5 or 5 inch bays would work)? Some additional hookups like compact flash might be good, but I'm out of PCI slots on this rig.

I bought a 4 port USB 2.0/2 port Firewire hub by a company called Bytecc on Ebay for about $39 US. There is also a similar unit from Koutech going for a little more, but the Koutech has more Firewire ports. Both units mount in either a 3.5" or 5.25" bay and have cables that go out the back side of you computer and connect to your USB 2.0/Firewire external connectors. Otherwise, you can check out the Vantec Nexus! Not only does it act as a USB 2.0/Firewire hub (2/1 connectors respectively), but it also has an LCD screen that shows the time, RPM of three fans (CPU, chassis, PS) and the temperature, but it has a knob that lets you control the RPMs of the PS fan. Oh, and it also has three different coloured interchangeable plastic faceplates. I'm going to pick up one of these next week.
