I doubt Microsoft ever planned for "downgrades" because it's not a good idea either technically or financially for microsoft.

The best option would be to do a clean install after backing up critical files, this is advised when making any change in operating system, even more so for a downgrade.

Having probs with WinXP??

Should be able to since 2K is still a very popular OS. I'd say stick the CD in and see if it auto-runs and asks you to install. haha not the most helpful answer but Google has tons more information :p search there first

Nice one eklass...

Definitely do a clean install like Corm and eklass have said. You will have far less headaches that way as I really doubt you will be able to successfully downgrade.
