An Annapolis lawmaker wants to enact a law that would ban most toy guns in the city and fine parents whose children are caught playing with the toys outdoors.

Way too many laws that have to make up for people without common sense. But I can see thier point, some toy guns look pretty realistic and there have been many cases of police officers mistaking toys for the real thing.
