From Radeon 8500LELE to Radeon 9800np

So i decided to update my gfx card and ordered a
club3d radeon 9800 non pro.
My rig is a PIV 2.4b@2.7 with 512mb Corsair PC3500
on a Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394 now equipped with
a Xelo Radeon 8500 LELE (i think).

How much of a performance boost will i get?
Wich tools/utilities should i use to tweak and
get the max out of my new card?

Big boost, but mainly in the FSAA and AF category. You will be able to do 4xFSAA and 8xAF no sweat in any game. Probably higher.

You should have a nice all around boost, but as said the biggest gain will be the usability of aa and af. To overclock you can try rage3d tweak, powerstrip, or any of the many others.

The 9800 i ordered is a Club3D and has - surprise - Infineon
Ram on it. But either i have missed the technical information
on their homepage or it isn´t there. So i don´t know wether
the ram is 3 or 3.3ns.
Can anyone clear me up? Anyone have this card?
How much overclocking potential can i expect of it then?
