From 110 degrees to 56 in 3 days

Damn, its cold outside today.

It was 110 on Monday. Right now it is 55 degrees and raining outside and I saw my breath. WTF, this never happens. I should be sweating my balls off and now im freaking cold.

Not that I am complaining tho.

I lived in AZ for 6.5 years...i'd be loving it, not questioning it. Its a nice change from the over night lows all summer that rarely get below 90 and never get below 80.

I lived in the Texas Panhandle...one day 70-80 degrees, the next day its snowing....

Then I lived in Oklahoma..."only in oklahoma is the weather like this" or so say the people. It's actually very annoying....

But you are correct, weather like that does suck! I remember I used to get mad when it was cold(er) during typical spring or summer days.

i was in Page, AZ (stayed there overnight on a roadtrip between Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon) last weekend. i was watching the news at the hotel and they were saying how Phoenix has a record heat wave (as did Vegas, where I started my trip), and that some hikers got stranded by a snowstorm somewhere within the same state.

Could be worse. Im in northern Nevada. It was in the low 90s on Tuesday, and by Wedsday afternoon, we were having snow flurries.

Come to Michigan where the weather consistently is screwed up, especially during the winter months. The Great Lakes seriously f-up our weather.

We go from mid 20s to 60-70 the next few days, then back down to the 20s. It sucks.

EDIT: If I remember correctly, the Great Lakes area is one of the hardest places in the country to predict weather because how much influence the Great Lakes have on it. I do not look at the weather forecast other than for the day of, anything beyond that is almost guaranteed to be way off.

I was in shorts and tee shirt Mon-Wed. Came out of work and wished I had a coat. It is not typical to have record highs and record lows in one week. . .

I'm not complaining either. We need some rain.

Nature turned the AC on for us. I think I'll get some yard work done this weekend while the temps are cool. Got to run some pipes to the backyard for the future lawn and fountain I plan to build, put in.
