Frivolous lawsuit or what

This is a true story. This is what happens, my friend was driving her car and she accidentally rear-ended some girl. That part was entirely her fault, but the person she hit had no insurance or a driver?s license so she got scared and tried to flee the scene of an accident. Then the girl that my friend hit in her escape hit someone her self. Now the person who this girl hit is suing my friend saying that my friend scared the girl and made her flee into his car. What a dumb lawsuit. My friend?s insurance company is paying for the lawyer, they call it a frivolous lawsuit, and they are right that is exactly what it is. It is. Because he cannot sue the girl, he sues my friend. The reason he cannot sue the girl is that she got no money to sue for, she poor.
 
assuming he would sue the middle girl, what is the most you can sue for? What someone is worth at that point? Or, can you sue for more than their worth, and then they have to pay for the rest of their life?

He knows he can get much more money by suing my friend because of her insurance. I just called my friend and asked her how much he is sueing her for. She said around 1 million dollars. WTF 1 million dollars. He is claiming all of this BS.
 
First of all 1 million is nothing. Its merely testing the policy limits. Two seperate accidents, liability is favorable for denial.

And third, you're not telling the whole story.
 
freebee I am telling the whole story. My friend hit a girl, the girl had no insurance or licence so she flee, then in her flee she hit a car. That car is sueing my friend because he can't get big money from the girl.
