Frito Lay, its time to stop

Even though some people will love those flavors all I think about is how bad your health will be after eating the bag.

Yah you can dedicate times in your day to snack on this, but when the time comes you will probably be at risk.

Can they stop fucking around with these stupid flavors and just bring back the Guacamole flavored chips they had when I was in 8th grade? Damn, those were good.

I just want Doritos 3D's back.

Having worked for Frito-Lay in the early-mid 90's (Before 3D's) I am pretty sure the reason they were discontinued was because of a breakage issue. They have certain standards they produce their products by and they have a high standard for the amount of breakage (broken chips) they allow in a package. Many people find that hard to believe since their is often a lot of broken chips when they open a bag of some kind of chip of theirs but the breakage happens well after the manufacturing process. I am pretty sure that's why they were discontinued. Nonetheless, I would still like to see them brought back, those were good. 🙂

These are the flavours we got:

Have not tried any yet, but they all sound decent to me. :awe:

The only I'd actually try is the tzatziki, but that is because it lends itself well to chips IMO.

Bacon poutine seems to make sense; just exchanging fries for chips. Potayto-potahto.

Jalapeno mac&cheese on wavy sounds delicious to me too. May pass on the cinammon bun though.

A desert chip would be decent, like the awesome cinnamon sugar stuff they sprinkle all over funnel cakes for example.
I've lived in three different deserts, there's nothing sweet about a desert.

John Connor:
The Carolina BBQ chips were very good, I agree.

The cappuccino is actually not that bad. It was still more on the savory side than I thought it would be. They grow on you after the third or fourth chip. Would buy them again. Not too sweet and not to salty.

Disgusting.

The big snack makers are way too late to the kettle cooked, baked and specialty flavors of the chips scene.

Pathetic dinosaurs,.. what is next; Entenmann's making specialty cupcakes?

Poutine is awful, but you're Canadian, so I expected as much from you. >_<

The problem I have with the Mac and Cheese is do they add a starchy noodle flavor? Or, is it really just cheese?

I was in a freaking WALMART exchanging the kids logo-less polos the schools here require for the next larger sizes and people (if you can call them that) were all raving about the Mac and Cheese and one busted open a bag right there (and then threw it in the trash instead of paying for it when done).

I pointed it out and they said they don't do anything over a bag of chips.

I don't eat chips that often but as I mentioned above the Wasabe / Ginger were good to me.

All of these are artificial flavors.

So I tried Lays Mango Salsa this weekend.
I was taken aback by the dominant fruity flavor. D: Not sweet and bland, but ultra tangy. Perhaps akin to gnawing on a mango peel - not that I've ever done it. Too bad I grabbed the "Party Size". I hope to foist the remainder on others.
