Frisbee dog owners

What frisbee do you use? Brand and weight please.

I have been training my dog with a soft frisbee but it doesn't go very far.

I have tried using my frisbee golf frisbees but he seems to avoid catching them probably because they are too hard.

We always used the soft kind with my border collie. SHe liked to taco fold tehm though when she "killed" them so it was always teh best choice. Other than that, the nylabone type material ones were a good option as well.

I use the "Jawz" disc from:
http://hyperflite.com/products.html

It's expensive, but it last forever. They fly about like the frisbee fastback discs that they use in compitition, but they last 1000X longer (not quite as far, but close). They cost around $12, but they are worth it. I've even used mine as a pull toy for my girl (border collie) with no damage, but she has a pretty soft mouth. I've had mine for a year with no punctures at all, not even one. Now I don't leave it around as a chew toy, but she's worn the logo off from use and it still works fine. If I lost one, it's becasue the ex took one for my ex-dog (girr!).

Gumadisc by Nylabone is the brand of frisbee I bought for my border collie. It has a molded bone on top to make it easier for my dog to pick up when it's lying on the ground. Proven good choice for training.

I'm trying to train my dog to catch balls in mid air. They all usually hit him straight in the noggin. This dog can't aim.

My portuguese shepherd, any brand/size/type frisbee. Eats them up.
The dobie don't hunt...he has ME trained to catch instead.
