Frigging Cable guy didn't show! Bastards i want my cable modem!

I waited 2 hours for the cable guy and he didn't show!
Instead his boss or whoever calls and says he's gonna be an hour late?@!?$?!
Well i got places to go so i told him so and he said he'd give me a lousy 20 $ credit...oh well better than nothing
I guess i'll have to wait a few more days before i can d/l like a mad man!
Damn the cable company!

Not as bad as my story.

Something's messed up with my cable modem. I call, and after 3 days of explaining the problem to about 15 different people, I finally get to a senior tech, who tells me he'll send a tech over to replace my modem and check my signals from 12-3pm two days later (Thursday). that was no big problem for me, I agreed and hung up.

Thursday comes, and I call @home at 9:00am to make sure that a tech really is coming to my house.
"Oh yes, he'll be there today from 12:00-3:00pm"

1:00 comes and goes, so I call to make sure I'm not staying at home for absolutly no reason.
"What time is it now? Yes, someone should be coming over right now."

3:30 comes and goes.
"Oh, he's just running a little late, he should be at your house any minute."

4:30
"What are you talking about?! Nobody was scheduled to come to your house today."
