hey who saw tonite's "friends"? i missed it, can someone tell me wut it was about?

rachel and her assistant are dating...she writes a mock employee evalution with sexual references and he didn't open the envelope thinking it was for real and sent it to human resources...the boss (not ralph lauren, some higher positioned guy) reads it and she almost gets fired but her assistant takes the blame saying he was trying to make a joke and the guy lets them go...

ross' son rides his bike for the first time and phoebe reminices(sp?) about the beautiful bike her neighbor had...she says she never had a first bike and she went on to describe the bike, pink with a basket and that stuff coming out of the handle bars...ross later buys a bike that fits that description for phoebe and she seems so happy, and the gang later realize she doesn't know how to ride a bike and ross tries to teach her...

monica decides that she should try to get to know her neighbors and sets up a basket on her door with her homemade candy...she comes home with chandler and notices all the candy is gone and gets excited and then chandler reminds her who lives across the hall, joey eating everything as usual, so monica and chandler go into joey's apartment and she starts to yell at him for eating it all and joey says "that was the plan but there was only a few pieces left"...so their neighbors really are eating all the candy and monica tries to keep up with the demand and crowds start forming in front of her door...

well that's mainly the story but not in any particular order of course...it was pretty funny
