You just let it happen. It's not something that needs to be talked about before hand. actually talking about it is a sure way to make sure it doesn't happen.
if you do talk about it, make it in general terms, about your own feelings about relationships, fwb, etc.
 
if you think she really will then go over to her house sometime, or ask her over, and include some alchohol. both get tipsy or however drunk you want...flirt or wahtever and make it happen.
