The GTX 280 is about to be launched i had talked to the local shop about it and she said she can pre-order it ASAP...My friend Abhinav was with me he said that i sould not buy the GTX 280 at all and order a 4850. Crysis and all are OK and if not the CF will help a lot later on that is.

Now here is the thing i can not wait anymore for the R700. So i can buy either a GTX280 or a 4850/4870. Another thing is that when i bought 2900 Pro i never did think it will cost $200 after a year!!

BTW What about GTX260??
 
What card do you have? You might wanna wait cuz RV770 is looking better than GTX 2X0 in terms of price & performance ratio. If you rush the purchase, you might regret it. It's like 1.5 week more.
