friends keyboard messed up. need your help please

he pressed somethin on the keyboard and now his "I" is now the "L" key and vice versa. anyway to fix this?

LOL yes he is kidding.

Look in control panel under keyboard and verify he has the correct keyboard setup listed under hardware.

Otherwise I would think something is messed on the keyboard.
