Friends car got stolen tonight...

Yeah, my friends early 90's Ford Windstar got stolen when we came back from a party.

I was like no way, but the police ran a check and said no reports of
towing so it's about 95% stolen.

That thing was a piece of sh!t if you ever saw one.

Can't believe someone would steal it.

That's like when someone picked up my flat-tired kiddie bike on the side of the river.
rofl, still can't believe my friend threw it.

Doesn't surprise me. My 1992 Dodge minivan (characteristic white paint with blue stripe down the side) had two break-in attempts in the past year. I finally got rid of it two months ago.

Guy I was friends with at one time didn't have a car for many years. Lived in a cheap, tiny apartment, made decent money at his job as far as I know, and bummed rides whenever he needed to go anywhere if he couldn't ride his bicycle. Finally gets a car after many years, then leaves it running with the door unlocked (I think they said it was unlocked) outside of a friend's apartment and it gets stolen just a few months after he first got it.

Got quite annoyed with him at one point and basically told him to fsck off, after giving him a ride to the grocery store and he asked to be taken to the one on the other side of town (Same chain) because he knew the layout better. This after already spending 45 minutes or so at the first store.

My '87 Buick was stolen. Man, I hated that car. I was broke and needed a ride, my parents sold it to me since my Scirocco died.

Anyway, they found the car a week later after I had already bought an '85 Golf.

When they found it there was a white bag of powder in the glovebox :Q

I called the cops, turns out it was flour 😀

Yeah, those were the days when I lived in the 'hood...~7 years ago.

Some people steal old junky easy to steal cars to use as cars for criminal purposes.

Don't forget, most cars that are stolen are used to commit other crimes.. such as armed burglary or rectal ravaging.

Doesn't surprise me a bit.

A few years ago, I moved and didn't get my license plate renewal reminder in the mail. I forgot about it, until I got a ticket for it. Between the time I got the ticket and got the plate renewed, some fvcktard stole my expired plate. Go figure.

Your friend didn't tell you about 10 pounds of coke stashed in the minivan's gas tank, did he?

Our 92 Caravan was also stolen couple of months ago. We got it back.

Im guessing its easy to break in to and they just take it for a joy ride.
