Friend tries to access file on a:\ and gets this message...

throw another drive in there, they are cheapp.

if you're talking about floppy drive, then it's possible that it gives you this message in case if the file was saved as a shortcut on a floppy disk.

From the command prompt does "dir a:\" turn up anything ?
