Friend keeps getting "forbidden to post/reply in this folder".. why?

Doesn't use foul language, etc.. He's gotten this message when trying to post, and resigned up and now he's getting the same thing again. How come? His last attempt was with the handle "Arianasman". If anybody or anymoderators can give us some pointers, Shawn would be thankful.
