boils? They tend to spread when popped underneath the skin.

That was my call.

Sounds like boils to me, go to the doctor and get them drained and properly treated. Untreated boils can and will spread, as well as become infected requiring surgery and other nasty stuff.

What makes them spread is the goop inside. If he is popping them and not cleaning his hands with alcohol or something, he is spreading them everywhere.

My friend started complaining of this a few days ago. He could barely sit on his bike, but it's progressed to the point where he can't even do that now. He walks with a limp. They hurt at the slightest movement. I haven't seen them personally, but he says that they aren't directly on the manhood, but in the general groin area. They are about two times the size of a mosquito bite. There is a large circle as the perimeter, a visible circle, and in the middle is a bump. There are also many red, low-risen bumps on the outer edge of the circle. When he attempts to pop the bump in the middle, large amounts of yellow puss and blood come out. The puss is a lot, and stringy. He likens it to mucus. The blood continues to flow well after popping the bump. Sometimes the blood and puss are mixed together and stringy. He has six or seven of said bumps.

I told him to take a hot bath, with added salt, and stay in that mixture for a while. The salt should weaken the bump. I forgot the biological term, but it's what happens when salt hits a cell. Hypo-something and hyper-something. Anyway, the salt should weaken the bumps and cause the puss to transport out. The mixture should also soothe them. I also told him to treat with neosporin and bacatracin (SP) after popping them and definitely after the bath.

Any thoughts on what this could be? I was thinking tick related, since I found a tick crawling on myself about a week back, but I know where the tick came from. It did not bite me and I promptly killed it (Ticks are one of the creatures that I will kill without shame). This is not a high tick area. As I said, I know exactly where it came from, and my friend was not with me when I picked it up.

Any help is appreciated. I checked and will check WebMD again.

It might just be a cyst. Thats what the urologist told me. Yes, they do burst or you can burst them open, yes they do grow, they stay dormant for a while and they do grow. Yes, when popped, they do puss, then blood comes out. After thats all done, there is a small hole left where the puss and the blood comes out. I just had an operation for the same thing. The surgery was for one hour and now for the last two weeks, recovering while going to work and doing stuff.

Sounds like aliens have implanted eggs inside of your friend. In 3 days your friend will give birth to a monkey.

Not everyone can afford health insurance and doctors. I've narrowed your problem down to one of four things:
Either it's fungal jock itch (treatable with otc antifungals), or cysts, or cancer, or else...

He has an alien inside of him. A darn nasty one too, from a best videocard planet. It's slowly growing and will eventually eat its way out of him from the inside, killing him and everyone else nearby. You can try to stop it then, but it won't make any difference. She'll breed, you'll die.

I was going to ask if you had seen his package - but after reading that, not even I would want too. Dude - doctor.
