Fried Milk..

This is like a milk pudding nugget. Outter is just a simple wet batter fried light crunchy shell, inside is sugary slightly sweet and not runny but kind of like mentioned, a pudding.

Chinese restaurants, some... not takeout stuff. Usually served w/ walnuts and /or fried de-shelled shrimp w/ that mayonaise sauce.

was wondering if anyone knows what the filling of the fried milk is made from...

um... a cream puff? probably dairy or soy product i'm guessing but i'm not sure what exactly you're describing...

Oh, Fried milk and fried ice cream both kickass... we have them up here in Toronto all the time..

Sounds good but the recipe is to complicated for me! I'm lazy in the kitchen.

That was only one link of 6.7 million results on google for "fried milk". I'm sure there is something else.
