I'm eating 4 fried eggs right now and they seem a little....plain....

What do you do to your fried eggs (before, during, or after cooking) to improve their taste?

Use olive oil as your pan grease.

Cover the eggs while cooking makes them a little softer.

I always use Lawrys seasoning salt.

And Salt and Pepper.

milk salt and pepper a bit of swiss cheese bacon mushrooms ham pepers hashbrown
and another million things you can do

Salt, pepper, and frank's red. Sometimes I throw a slice of american on the eggs and let it melt over. Now that is good eats.
