fried ati card ?

I flashed my bios a day ago on my 9500 pro, I then started slow
going up little by little, I got around 309 clock and 300 memory and after about 2 hours the screen went all hazy... rebooted lowered settings same thing, went to default and thought I was ok then started a game and it started again. hazy all graphics screwy...

I flashed the original bios back and that didnt help ?
Any ideas ?

try turning the pc off for 10 mins to let things cool then restart... maybe just maybe it's too hot... i hope it's not fried though it sounds like in a way...
