Fridge stopped cooling/freezing

Last night was working fine, this morning everything was getting warm/defrosting. I went and bought some ice and threw all the food in a few coolers with ice&water, than threw all the freezer stuff in our two mini freezers, just checked the fridge and its actually warm now. Landlord is supposedly on his way, any idea what it might be (if its an easy fix?)
 
Same thing happened to mine last month. All it cost me was $1300 for a new refrigerator. 🙁

Nah it was plugged in 😛

Landlord came by, it was actually blowing hot air 0_o

He said hes going to just replace it.
 
The easy fix would have been to clean all the hair and dust from the coils, but that isn't going to help now. Take a look, anyways. Tell us what you see.
