Fridge no water coming out of dispenser but can make ice

So the tenants called me that the Frigidaire (model FFSS2615TE2) side-by-side stop dispensing water. However, the ice maker works.

I just replaced the wate rfilter two months ago, and according to the tenants, it was working fine until last night when the water dispenser stopped working.

The tenants couldn't tell me more because they are the types that know nothing on repairing or checking appliances. I will have to go there and take a look this weekend. Also the fridge was only 5 years old too.

Could it be frozen water line? I hope it is not the control board or switch.

Could be frozen water line, my last fridge did that every now and then.

Could also be a solenoid / valve. There should be one valve for the for the Ice maker and another for the water. Looks like they made it as one assembly.
