Yep, it's MS. It's YZdock on the right, and the taskbar is running Startkiller (removes the Start button) and Free Launch Bar.

Actually, not as much as you would think with all the games that are installed, I just like having every game I own installed, just in case either I, or a friend wants to play one of them.

The only game I have been into lately is the Command & Conquer: The First Decade really.
