What software are you people using for GUI customization?

WindowBlinds, ObjectDock, StyleXP, etc.?

I'm guessing the StarDock suite is what most are using.

Different people use different things, and sometimes none at all.

Quote which ones you like, and ask them directly. They might tell you what they use.

UX theme patcher using the Luna Element 5 theme
QCD Player with Minimal skin
Free Launch Bar (replaces quick launch toolbar) using Start Killer (removes the start button) and Press Start (the icon furthest on the left launches the start menu

All completely free. 🙂
