Frickin Comcast... never shows up on the timeframe they promise!!

So I called in yesterday to get cable TV disconnected and got a timeframe of between 9am and 12pm today for them to come in, disconnect it and take the Comcast PVR along with them.

It's 11:50am now and nobody has showed up yet. Good thing I have this week off to prepare for my move... grrr, still so annoyed though.

just moved into the house, set up an appointment for jan 2nd. Called Jan 4th and they said they wouldnt be able to come until the 24th, I flipped out and told them to go screw, going with AT&T.

I have DirecTV on the way for an install. I had DirecTV for approximately 12 years before I changed over to Crapcast last year when we moved. Worst mistake I ever made.

3 HD DVR's later and I'm still having nothing but problems with these POS Motorola units. My wife and I wanted to watch something on Showtime the other night and I couldn't get any Showtime channels! I called and they said there was no problem, they'd have to "send someone out".

I never had a problem or a single DirecTV person have to come out in 12 years of service (I did the LNB upgrades myself).

Never again will I use Crapcast for Cable.

dish network was bad for me. they didnt arrive ont he day the were sopposed to. then gave me crap for getting upset.

finally told them to cancel it (i was getting it installed) and i would go with the other company and they got here.
