Freshly Squeezed Pineapple Juice is $$$$$!!

My mom came home from Costco, and she bought home a half gallon bottle of Freshly squeezed pineapple juice. THis is 100% pinapple juice with pulp and everything. NOthing was added.

The thing is 5 bucks for half gallon of it.

I must admit, it taste really really good, but for the price, don't know about that.

THought i might vent really quick.

Yea, that stuff is quite good.

I recommend trying a Pineapple smoothie. Grind up some ice cubes in a blender and add a cup or so of pineapple chunks and a bit of milk. MMmmmm Mmmmmm good.

If pineapples are cheap, you might try extracting the juice with a centrifugal juicer (like the Juiceman for juicing carrots, etc.). I made fresh pineapple juice when I lived in Hawaii.

Unfortunately the juice is really acidic. Don't drink a lot. White pineapple is much easier on the stomach . . .
