I format'd Twice, changed my bios 3 times, bought new ram and tryed old,new and beta video drivers..

I have a 3200 Barton with 1ghz Crucial Ballistix DDR (3200) with an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe using a Geforce FX 5950 Ultra..

I don't know what more to do if anyone can point me in the right direction..

It's not your new computer, that's for sure.

It's most likely CS:S. I get that error from time to time and usually all I do is "Log out" of Steam and delete the ClientRegistry.blob file in my Steam directory. You may want to go check out the Steam website (http://www.steampowered.com) to see what they say about it.
