I never understood the part that goes..

I whistled for a cab and when it came near
The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror
If anything I can say this cab is rare
But I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Bel Air'

What was it about it that made it "rare"

The fact that the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror?
Seemed Obvious.

I'd always thought it said something along the lines of, "the discount is rare."

Nah, the theme is shortened in every episode except the first, which discusses the virtues of flying in first class.

Is that similar to the first Full House theme where they explained 3 straight dudes raising kids together in San Francisco?

edit: oh shit, that wasnt just an amusing comment

I wouldn't say he discussed it so much as offered a lecture on the subject.

Saget's wife died, stamos was his brother in law, joey was the college roommate.

God, I shouldn't know that, but I have 3 daughters and all of them love(d) that show.

DO NOT QUESTION WILL SMITH.

Listen....us Philadelphians don't have too much going for us. Our two most treasured memories are Rocky and the Fresh Prince theme song.
