Side note: I really hate the "try to have kool viusalz by making it hard to read" look of the current version. It used to be much easier to read the temp and fan speed.

Click on the settings button. I believe it looks like a gear or sprocket. Then find the user interface tab. I have found that the Default MSI Afterburner v3 skin works best but there are many more to choose from. Perhaps there is one that you will find easier to read.
