Interesting. Not a big fan of lobster and didn?t know they could put it in bread. It doesn't get dry baking?

I went to Maine a little over a month ago, and saw signs for these everywhere. So, I tried one. And yes, they load those suckers up big time.

Lobster is back.
After a fantastically slow start to the lobster season in the NorthEast which caused prices to go so high that many restaurants took them off the menu, the catch has picked up and lobster is back.
MMMMMMMM. Lobster!

Three Little Fish in RI has the best lobster roll I've ever had. I'll be riding out there for lunch one of these days!! It's not the normal lobster salad, but chucks of lobster on a toasted roll with butter. Mmmmmm...

Looks fantastic.

I love seafood, but I live in the midwest, we never have neat stuff like that. No clam bakes or lobster boils, no jambalaya parties.. no all you can eat fresh sushi bars.

Sure we've got pizza, but man, I could go for a lobster roll or some fresh fried clams...

Oh come on...here in IL we have Asian carp and zebra muscles by the metric ton infesting our waterways. That's not good enough for you?

No sir, it is not. But seriously. If someone could make zebra muscles edible, they'd make a fortune.
