Fresh Install on T40?

I just did a fresh install of XP (using my own disc, not IBM's), and i'm wondering how to get some of the drivers/apps for the touchpad/mouse stuff back, as well as the sound buttons and all the other nice On Screen Display stuff. I found all the drivers for everything else, just not these little apps. (as well as the battery gauge)

Can anyone help?
