Fresh Install - Mobo Drivers before applying SP2?

I did some searching and couldn't find the answer. Sorry if it's here somewhere and I managed to miss it.

I'm doing a fresh build (not slipstreaming SP2 into my XP install) and am wondering if I should apply my ABIT IC7 drivers before or after I install SP2.

Does it make a difference?

I do one install every 6 to 12 months... didn't really think it was worth it.

Anyhow - SP2 first, then motherboard drivers.

Installing mobo drivers should be the first thing you do after a Windows install. If your computer is directly connected to a broadband connection (no router, etc) be sure to unplug the cable until you get SP2 installed and a firewall up.

Yep... this PC no touchie the internet until SP2 is complete.
