Does anybody know what's the best refreshment and/or training for the eyeballs?
Other than cold water and stereo pictures?

My eye doc gave me some excercises for my eyes. You hold an object, like something with text on it. Hold it far away from your eyes and focus, move it closer and focus, even closer and focus. Repeat.

He said something like that...I think. I never did the exercises.

That's a bit like looking at stereo pictures. Like those in the 'Magical eyes' books.

Just go to your local shadetree doctor and get a new pair...just hope he doesn't have a vendetta against you and leaves rotten food for you to eat while you recover.

Yay, Minority Report!! I'd say just move your eyes in circles for about 2 minutes before bed. Seems to work okay for me. :)

Everything I've heard was to focus at different distances constantly throughout the day. If you're sitting at the computer for a long time, every minute or 2 look at the keybaord, then the wall, then the ceiling, etc.

the worst thing you can do to your eyes (short of smoking) is focus at one plane for a long time.
