Are there sites aside from HeadRoom that give frequency response graphs?

If you mean by speakers, speakermeasurements.com has a huge collection. And hifithreater and stereophile reviews all have measurements.

Headphones...no idea.

But typically high end headphones have very similar frequency response graphs, since its designed for in-ear there's a very characteristic frequency response that is typical to headphones (looks a lot like British sound).
