I'll start.

1. I've been told by multiple people that I work too hard and that I should enjoy my rest periods such as days off however I often volunteer my time by going into the office or going into work and working for someone else who called in sick.

2. I was promotoed from retail sales person to manager within one month.

3. Before my previous company I worked for closed down, the four managers got together and did some brain storming in how we can keep our numbers or raise our numbers rather so that we can stay open.

1 sounds so canned. I answer truthfully. I don't feel the need to bullshit them with some workaholic crap.
2 mention past projects
3 tie in with #2
4 I'd say something about leadership and being creative.
