Frequent random restart problems after critical system errors

I'm getting frequent system errors that are causing the automatic restart of my system. i've recently installed a new hd and a clean copy of WinXP (in the last two months) and done a MemCheck showing the RAM is fine. Any suggestions as to what the problem causing these system errors may be and how to fix it?

Would a new power supply be a possible solution? or is it more likely the CPU/mobo are the problem? or something else?

 
just so you don't think your beging ignored....

i really have no idea. if you can get your hands on a psu to swap out, go for it.
