Frequent defragmenting

Frequent defragmenting your hard drive won't offer you any huge advantage on speed. IMO it's just a waste of time.. I wouldn't say it's good or bad for your computer because there hadn't been any evidence to prove frequent defragmenting will kill the HD.

Instead, keeping your system files and personal files on a different will save you a lot more time~
