Before we begin, I support the right of people to worship whatever GOD they want, as long as they do not interfere with the rights of other people.

French newspaper publishes image of Muhammad.

Newspaper office is firebombed.

This story did not take place in Iran, or Iraq, it took place in France.

What is going on when a newspaper can not publish an article without receiving death threats and getting bombed? This sounds like something we would hear out of Mexico and the drug wars.

I guess the Muslims there want their image tarnished even more than it already is.

Guys, how relevant is it that Christians did bad things in the Middle-Ages? Maybe we should get that out of the way first?

The Muslims and the Christians both did bad things back then. The Christians are not without blood on our hands, and as a Christian I freely admit that.

But we are talking about today, and in modern times, not what happened a 1,000+ years ago.

Religious fanatics are everywhere. There's a group of morons in the US who protest at soldiers funerals because US soldiers fight to protect gay people...

What do you think the so called bad things were in reaction to? 1/4 of Europe was under Islam's heel and they had to purge. Crusades, Spanish inquisition, colonization, all of it were in reaction to. They'll have to do it again one day if they like living free.

That is called taqiyya.

Lets look that one up, instead of watching a Youtube

ta·qi·yah
   [tuh-kee-yuh] Show IPA
noun (in Shiʿite Islam)
the practice of denying one's religion, permissible when one is faced with persecution, especially by Sunnites: regarded as a means of protecting the religion.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/taqiyah

Whoaaaaaa....
That's kind of different isn't it?
If a Christian is holding his sword at the Infidels throat, the Infidel is allowed to lie about his faith.
But only under that condition, otherwise Islam does not tolerate liars.

When you get time, watch the youtube video.

A guy in the audience ask a muslim speaker a question, and gets an answer.

The second part of the video clip is of the exact same guy, same question but answering the question in a different location.

Its the same person, giving 2 different answers, depending on the audience.

Ok
And instead of you getting all spooked up over a billion people coming to kill you, go outside, smell some sunshine, jot on down to ur local Mosque and meet some of them.

The problem isn't the religion. The problem is the fanatical and insane minority have found a way to be very loud through the use of explosives. And it doesn't help when they do it in first world countries. I bet if you look at Africa you'd find tons of horrifying acts happening in the name of Christianity. We just don't report that shit. I haven't heard of any atheists doing anything crazy violence in the name of anti-religion lately.

No Mosque around here, I just talk to them when I buy beer at the corner store or a bottle of whiskey at the liquor store.

There was this cute muslim lady that used to work at a corner store, but she moved.

My son dated a mulsim girl, she seemed nice, but they broke up.
