French government covered up torture, mutilation, rape in Nov attack

Prosecutors claimed that there was a lack of evidence to prove it torture. They said no sharp knives were found at the Bataclan theater where the murders took place. He told the French Assembly that the explosion and gunfire could have dismembered the corpses.
The committee was unmoved by the prosecutors’s reasoning and asked how explosions and shrapnel could have put the man’s testicles in his mouth.
“I do not have that information,” a prosecutor replied.

How they kill people matters. There's a great deal of difference in a clean death, or a slow and tortured one. Especially in regard to cutting captives into pieces. Mutilation and pain are worse than a quick death.

This exemplifies the true nature of our enemy. That no one can afford to be taken alive by them. Nor can police ever wait and attempt negotiations again. These victims were not hostages to be bartered. A new normal is taking root in our world.
