Freinds in Iraq

I have a freind who is in the marines. He's currently in Iraq and I see him online every once in a while via MSN. Apparently they have laptops and satelite internet. He says he has six confirmed kills. He's a backup sniper or something.

That would ne pretty scary shlt. Snipe before your sniped.

😕

I dont know.. do they even get track of kills? I know nothing about the army. He could be BSing for all I know. I just thought it was an interesting story. So I decided to post about it. I didn't decided "Hey, Im going to post a story and see how many flames I can get, because I am so much better than everyone else!"

Yes...yes you did FooKilla! 😛

you get a cookie.
I talk to my friend every week on there. They get like an hour whenever they want to use it depending on where they are at. Some Marines have gyms, pools etc and some nothing.

How are they confirmed?

I would say they fall down and don't get up.

Being that snipers usually work in two man teams, it's probably observed by the other guy.

I also have a friend over there. He is a chemical Engineer. AFAIK he has not even fired his M-16. Well, unless it was within the last day or 2. Haven't heard from him this week yet. He was in Kuwait last I heard. They have to go shooping in 6 man teams. 4 cover the store, and 2 go in with weapons and everything.
