I have heard that if you freeze a can of shaving cream and crack it open somehow, take out the contense, it will be enough to fill someone's car up completely with the stuff. Is this remotely true ?

A better question would be, how do you get it open safely? Cutting into a can full of compressed gasses could be extremely dangerous, even if the can is frozen. This is definitely NOT a good idea.

Exactly. Also there is no reason for you even to consider doing something this stupid. It may be funny and you may think it is a joke, but someone may and/or get hurt.
The idea behind the "Shaving Cream Bomb" is that once the can is removed, the remaing contents are placed into a car in which all doors and windows are closed. The "explosion" occurs once the door is opened later since pressure builds up within the car.
just prop the can up somewhere inside the car and crack a window just enough to fit the barrel of a bb gun inside.... works wonders 
You guys will believe anything, there is no way the contents of a shaving cream can can fill the entire volume of the inside of a vehicle, no matter how small it is.
All vehicles have vents between the outside and inside that are always open to the atmosphere, second, even if the vehicle was sealed, this would not take place because of the volume inside the vehicle.

I remember watching Wild and Crazy Kids (or something like that) about ten years ago on Nickelodeon. They had kids pop a hole in SODA CANS with pens. The cans were sealed of course. Wouldn't that be just AS dangerous?

(1)-person you hate who has a car

cream. (It helps to have more than one container, and more phriends)
Toss it into the car and do the same with all the cans. A dozen or
more "blocks" like this can fill and lightly PRESSURIZE a small
car. When he opens the door (hopefully he doesn't realize the mess
inside due to the foggy windows), he will be covered with lbs of
shaving cream that is a bitch to get out of upholstry.

sounds like a good way to get a hand blown off. If it worked it would be real funny though, probably kinda a mess to clean though.

I know. There is no way this is a "prank". If someone did this to me, I'd pour coyote urine in their car and leave a few syringes sticking out of the driver seat as a return "prank".
